From order to your first answer.

Mac Studio supply is expected in Q1 2027 (January–March). Your Insider delivery date will be the date your Mac arrives with us plus 30 days for configuration and testing. Hardware delays move that date; a late-March arrival may mean delivery in Q2. We will confirm the schedule in your written quote before payment.

  1. Tell us what you need

    Email your interest or request a demonstration using sample material. Confirm your workflow and delivery location before ordering.

  2. Review your quote and pay

    Once the Mac supply schedule is confirmed, review the complete total, delivery date and terms. Pay in full by bank transfer or FPS only after accepting the written quote.

  3. Receive your system

    After your Mac arrives with us, allow 30 days for configuration, testing and delivery of Insider. The exact date follows the Mac delivery schedule, not the payment date.

  4. Set up and verify

    Establish your own credentials and recovery settings. Check local AI, knowledge retrieval and agent permissions against the agreed acceptance checklist.

Before you pay

Delivery and installation

Initial deliveries are in Hong Kong. Macau orders are confirmed individually; Taiwan remains future interest only. Mac Studio supply is expected in Q1 2027 (January–March). Your Insider delivery date will be the date your Mac arrives with us plus 30 days for configuration and testing. Hardware delays move that date; a late-March arrival may mean delivery in Q2. We will confirm the schedule in your written quote before payment. Your quote confirms shipping, taxes and onboarding.

Warranty

A one-year commercial warranty is included. Coverage and the service process will be detailed in the purchase terms. This warranty is additional to any mandatory consumer rights, which may apply for longer.

Cancellation and refunds

Orders are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty goods or non-delivery are not excluded. Destination-specific terms will be shown before payment.

Your private knowledge

Do not submit documents, model conversations, account passwords or recovery keys as part of your order. Import your material on your own device.
