Prepare an enquiry for a purchase or a demonstration. Hong Kong orders come first; Macau is by arrangement. Other regions are expressions of interest only.

Use a general description only. Do not include private files, account details or passwords. This form prepares text locally; it does not submit or save an enquiry to our server.

From order to your first answer.

Delivery within 30 days after payment. Your order will document the destination and included setup services.

  1. Tell us what you need

    Request a purchase or a demonstration using sample material. Confirm your workflow and delivery location before ordering.

  2. Review your quote and pay

    Review the complete total, delivery arrangements and terms. Pay in full by bank transfer or FPS. Preparation starts after receipt of the full payment is verified.

  3. Receive your system

    Your system is configured and checked with sample material, then delivered within 30 days after receipt of full payment. Delivery details are provided when ready.

  4. Set up and verify

    Establish your own credentials and recovery settings. Check local AI, knowledge retrieval and agent permissions against the agreed acceptance checklist.

Before you pay

Delivery and installation

Initial deliveries are in Hong Kong. Macau orders are confirmed individually; Taiwan is planned for a later stage and is not currently open for orders. Delivery is within 30 days after receipt of full payment. Your quote confirms address coverage, shipping, taxes and onboarding before payment.

Warranty

A one-year commercial warranty is included. Coverage and the service process will be detailed in the purchase terms. This warranty is additional to any mandatory consumer rights, which may apply for longer.

Cancellation and refunds

Orders are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty goods or non-delivery are not excluded. Destination-specific terms will be shown before payment.

Your private knowledge

Do not submit documents, model conversations, account passwords or recovery keys as part of your order. Import your material on your own device.
